Airite considers a team approach with construction services. We are firm believers
that the time spent early in the project with Owners / Construction Managers and the
Design Team results in a smoother project and higher customer satisfaction.
Airite will work with the Owner / Construction Manager and set up a bidding process
for the mechanical scope of work and major equipment on the job. Airite will work along
with the Design Team in providing budget pricing for the various design development
drawing phases to achieve a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
We will have a representative at construction meetings and will attend any and all
extra meetings for added construction scheduling. We understand that many complications
can occur, but through careful pre-planning, a drastic reduction of those obstacles will
make construction go smoother.
