Airite Air Conditioning, Inc. is committed to continuous improvement in all facets

direct result of careful attention to all compant operations by those who are directly and
indirectly involved. Employees at all levels must work diligently to execute this policy
of safety and occupational health.
Airite Air Conditioning, Inc. employs a Dedicated Human Resources/Safety Director, Hank Weil, whose
qualifications includes twelve years of Service in The United States Marine Corps as Personnel
Supervisor. As Personnel Supervisor he received extensive training in Safety Management,
First Aid, OSHA 10 & 30 Hour, Hazardous Materials, Substance Abuse and served on several safety committees.
Hank is currently the Chairman of the ABC Safety Committee and attends ongoing monthly Tampa
Safety Council Safety Certification Program.
