Airite. Holds an MBA in finance from New York University and is Airite\'s license holder.

Jeff Steiner, Vice President
Twenty-eight years experience in the HVAC industry. Full management of all
major projects including equipment buy outs and contract management, change orders and
coordination of staff and resources to facilitate project phasing with contractors and
owners. Jeff has been with Airite for 18 years.
Joseph F Rich, Secretary / Treasurer
Twenty-three years experience in the construction industry. Holds a BS degree in
accounting and business managment from the University of Tampa and is a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Florida. Joe has been with Airite for 10 years.
Hank Weil, Human Resources Manager
Twenty-four years experience in Human Resources and Safety Management. Holds a BA
degree in Human Resources Management from St.Leo University. Hank is actively involved
with SHRM, Tampa Area Safety Council and is the Chairman of the ABC Safety Committee.
Hank has been with Airite for 13 years.
Debbie Coloski, Construction Management / Design Build / Engineering
Twenty-six years experience in the HVAC industry. Performs all in house
organization for shop, field and coordination drawings on company's AutoCAD system.
Coordinates site work and project outline data with Airite's project managers and owners
representatives as well as architects during course of job. Debbie has been with Airite
for 18 years.
Al Immoor, Process Controls / Engineering
Thirty-eight years experience in the HVAC industry. Prior to relocating to Florida
to join Airite he worked for a major HVAC and boiler sales and service company in New York.
Presently oversees process controls and special engineering projects. Devotes full time
to this business.
Michael Williams, Fabrication Shop Manager
Ten years experience in the HVAC industry. Oversees sheet metal fabrication
shop including all automated equipment. Coordinated fabrication schedule to meet installation
requirements. Devotes full time to this business.
Michael Venoy, Service and Sales Manager
Over thirty years of experience and has been certified and/or trained in all phases of the
HVAC industry. Specializes in tailoring maintenance contracts for the most efficient use of highly
skilled labor force and hi-technical equipment in today\'s market. Providing solutions for today\'s
problems with out dated equipment. Devotes full time to this business.
Choya Dalton, Service Representative
Twenty-eight years of Air Conditioning experience including a State Mechanical Contractor
Certification. Specializing in controls, trouble shooting and all phases on controlled
enviorments. He also serves as an instructor, teaching all our technicians to be the best they
can be in this fast changing field. He is factory trained and certified on all major brands of
equipment from air driers to centrifugal chilled water plants. Devotes full time to this business.
