Michael Venoy, Executive Vice President
Over thirty years experience and has been certified and/or trained in all phases of the HVAC industry. Specializes in tailoring maintenance contracts for the most efficient use of highly skilled labor force and hi-technical equipment in today's market. Provides solutions for today's problems with out dated equipment. Devotes full time to this business.

Dee Venoy, Vice President – Service
Over thirty years of experience in the HVAC industry and has been trained and/or certified in all aspects of the HVAC industry. Was the Service Manager for over seven years with a major HVAC Corporation prior to joining Airite. Graduated top of class in Liebert training. Specializes in outstanding customer service and doing what is right for both the customer and the company. Is up to date on all aspects of the HVAC industry and provides solutions to all problems associated with the HVAC industry. Devotes full time to the business.

Choya Dalton, Manager
Over thirty-eight years of Air Conditioning experience including a State Mechanical Contractor Certification. Specializes in controls, trouble shooting and all phases on controlled environments. He also serves as an instructor, teaching all our technicians to be the best they can be in this fast changing field. He is factory trained and certified on all major brands of equipment from air driers to centrifugal chilled water plants. Devotes full time to this business.

Beth Moberly, Service Assistant
Over 19 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Some of Beth's duties include assisting in estimating and project management, purchase orders, contracts, proposals, submittals, and warranty and close out forms.

Janet Perez-Fisher, Controller
Earned a BA from Pace University and has over 20 years of Public and Private Accounting experience. Janet's primary responsibilities include overseeing the accounting department, Human Resource duties, billing and receivables. Janet devotes full time to this business.

Debbie Coloski, Construction Management / Design Build / Engineering
Over thirty years experience in the HVAC industry. Performs all in-house organization for shop, field and coordination drawings on company's AutoCAD system. Coordinates site work and project outline data with Airite's project managers and owners representatives as well as architects during course of job. Debbie has been with Airite for 20 years.
